Our Story

Equistera was built to address a practical gap in the equine management market. The idea originated when co-founder Daria’s horse was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

Managing a horse with a chronic condition requires strict routine consistency to avoid stress and unpredictable flare-ups. Daria found that existing market solutions were fragmented and expensive, requiring multiple software subscriptions just to handle basic operations. More importantly, they lacked a proactive way to monitor health changes.

Daria shared these challenges with Alexander Kitaev, leading them to develop Equistera. Instead of traditional manual medical logging, the platform combines daily routine management with AI-driven tracking to detect subtle changes in horse behavior.

The result is a unified tool that helps owners safeguard their horse's health without draining the resources needed for actual care.
